Both parties are cooperating in “Influencer Marketing” and agree to integrate and utilize each other’s professional fields, services and other resources, and agree on this consent letter for compliance.
Influencer’s Rights and Obligations
- Follow 4m_ambassadors on Instagram upon joining us
- Influencers shall give priority to and accept the work resources provided by 4M
- Influencers agree to submit his/her personal information to 4M as a document record
- Influencers must work according to the given guidelines and timeline
- KOLs should not remove their posted materials within two (2) months of posting
- Influencers who fails to work upon requests without reasonable explanation will result in termination of collaboration or forfeiture of payments
- Any unfavorable conduct or spread of rumours during the contract term will result in contract termination
4M’s Rights and Obligations
- 4M to provide best effort in frequently generating new content through social media and promote influencer and its copyrighted social media accounts
- 4M provide influencer with priority work resources
- 4M has the right to display the trademark, logo, account name, image or video content of the copyright owner’s social media account for purpose of publicising
Others
- Both parties agree to be mutually responsible for the confidentiality of the terms stipulated in this consent letter
- Both parties agree the rights and obligations in this agreement shall nit be transferred to a third party without prior consent of the other party
